Chimichurri Recipe

This sauce is my hub's absolute favorite! He eats it on tacos, steak, eggs, burgers, chicken sandwiches....everything!
1 cup firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley, trimmed of thick stems
1 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
3-4 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps fresh oregano leaves
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt or garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Fresh Lime
Mix it all together and serve cold. You can also blend this recipe if that consistency is better for you. I prefer the chunky sauce and Ronny likes it blended.
